Terms & Conditions

1. Delivery:

Postage is charged for orders under £75 to cover the shipping, postage and packing.

Orders under £10.00: shipping cost is £3.75

Orders from £10.00 to £74.99: shipping cost is £4.95

Orders under £75 Next Day delivery cost is £6.50*

* Orders must be placed before 12:00 for next day delivery, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 will be processed for the fastest shipping option available at the time. If your order is unavailable for next day delivery or is out of stock and has to be ordered from the Manufacturers, we will contact you to advise alternates, wait times and options available. if we are unable to dispatch your order for the next day delivery timeframe, you will be refunded the difference from standard delivery.

Our online ordering service is completely secure, but if you prefer not to order online, or if you need more advice, please contact us by phone and you can pay by card. We aim to dispatch goods that are in stock as soon as possible, this is usually within 1 to 2 working days.

2. Returns & Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange or refund goods that are unsuitable, please return within 14 days in the original packaging and with proof of purchase. Please ensure that all returns are unused and in re-saleable condition.

You must Include a filled out Returns Form and Invoice. Please include your details (Order Number & contact details) in your return form and the reason for return.

It is the buyer’s responsibility for the cost of returning and insuring the item.

If you would like to exchange an item, the easiest way to do this is to re-order online, and we will refund the original item on successful return.
 
Refunds are processed within 7 days and can take a further 7 days to show in your account.

Special orders for customised products can't be returned unless faulty.

3. Cancellation policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, please advise by phone within 24 hours and a full refund will be given. If your order has already been shipped then unfortunately the returns & exchanges clause will apply.

Custom bowls cannot be cancelled.

4. Faulty goods:

For any item that is believed to be faulty please contact us as soon as possible, if it is found to clearly be a manufacturing defect we will replace or refund. In the case of questionable complaints, we will return the goods to the Manufacturer for inspection and quality report. We will keep you informed of progress with your complaint and resolve accordingly. Postage will be refunded on faulty returns.

Please note; photographs of the faulty item may be required in order to obtain a replacement or refund, this is at the discretion of Bowlswear or any third party that would require proof for a resolution. 

 

5. Privacy Policy:

What personal information is collected?

Name, Address, and contact details such as email and phone are collected via our website order form.

How is your data being used?

We use your information to process orders and to contact you in the case of an issue. 

Who will have access to my data?

Order details such as name, address, and contact details are given to the dispatch team to process your order. If your details will need to be shared with a third party for example a manufacturer in order to better help with a query or replacement we will inform you. Details such as card number, expiry date and CVC are not accesible to anyone including bowlswear. What if I want to remove my data?

If you wish to have your personal data removed from our system, please contact us via email or telephone. If you wish to delete your account please inform us and we can securely remove all your information from our system. Once this is effective, no information will be accessible.

 

6. Discrepancies/Errors & Quieries

Whilst we take every care to pack and dispatch all orders carefully and correctly, It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that all goods are recieved correctly and in good condition. Any discrepancies or problems relating to the contents of your delivery should be reported to bowlswear (This email address is being protected from spambots.
